I have recently enjoyed doing some artwork sessions whilst walking in the Golden Valley and the result of this is a unique collaboration with Sarah Price hiking to host an Art Walk on Saturday 15th May 2027. We will be taking a gentle hike of around 5km starting at Llanthony Abbey, Abergavenny, famed for its atmospheric ruins and go on to explore the surrounding Llanthony Valley. This will be a walk where we can stop , look and create using the landscape as our inspiration and classroom. I will guide you through some drawing and mixed media techniques and we will embrace the Plein Air tradition of creating outdoors. No drawing experience necessary and all materials are provided.
